We are currently seeking a Permanent 2nd Stewardess to join a 39m+ Single Season Private/Charter Motor Yacht.
The successful candidate will be joining a busy Mediterranean season, working closely alongside a highly experienced Chief Stewardess within an interior team of two. This is a hands-on role where you will support the smooth running of the interior across housekeeping, laundry and service, ensuring consistently high standards are maintained throughout. The position requires a confident and capable 2nd Stewardess who can take initiative, manage their responsibilities independently and perform well during demanding guest periods.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a 2nd Stewardess on a similar sized motor yacht (35m–45m), ideally within private and charter programmes
- Strong skills across housekeeping, laundry and service, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working in a small interior team and supporting an experienced Chief Stewardess
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Calm, organised, and able to perform well in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, guest-focused approach
- Proactive, adaptable and a strong team player
Certificates:
- Valid STCW
- Valid ENG1
- Food Hygiene Level 2
