We are currently seeking a permanent 3rd Stewardess to join a 43m Private/Charter Motor Yacht with lovely American owners and a friendly multinational crew onboard.
The yacht is currently based in Boca Raton, Florida, undergoing a short shipyard period before heading to the Caribbean. Although traditionally a dual-season program, the yacht will operate as a single-season vessel this year.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated, hands-on stewardess looking to join a supportive interior team of three, onboard a well-run yacht with an active program ahead. The role will primarily focus on housekeeping and laundry, alongside assisting with service when required.
The ideal candidate will have previous yachting experience, a positive attitude, and good attention to detail. They should be a strong team player with a good work ethic and enjoy working within a busy interior team. Previous charter experience would be beneficial.
Requirements:
- STCW ENG1 & Food Hygiene Level 2
- B1/B2 Visa in hand (essential)
- Previous yachting experience in housekeeping/laundry
- Service knowledge beneficial

- Salary: $3,500–$4,000 DOE
