We are currently seeking a Seasonal 4th Stewardess to join a 55m+ New Build Charter Motor Yacht based in Monaco.
The successful candidate will be joining a brand-new 55m motor yacht, currently listed for sale and operating as a charter vessel. As a 4th Stewardess, you will assist the senior interior team across housekeeping and laundry, helping to maintain exceptional standards onboard at all times. This is a hands-on role suited to someone proactive, detail-oriented and able to support the team in delivering consistent standards and smooth day-to-day operations. You will be working within a crew of 8, contributing to a positive and efficient dynamic.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a 4th Stewardess or in a similar role within the yachting industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Strong housekeeping and laundry knowledge
- Basic understanding of safety and emergency procedures onboard
- STCW and ENG1
- Food Hygiene Level 2 preferred

Contract: Seasonal (End of April – 31st October)
Salary: 3,000pcm
