We are currently seeking a Permanent Captain to join a 30m Single Season Private Motor Yacht.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation and safety of the vessel, ensuring smooth navigation and exceptional standards of service aboard a luxury motor yacht. This role offers the opportunity to work within a prestigious and dynamic environment, cruising across European waters. The Captain will be expected to demonstrate leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to providing top-tier yachting experiences for clients and crew alike. The Vessel runs with a crew of 4 and would entail the Captain to have a good understanding of the engineering department.
Candidate requirements:
- Master 200GT or Higher
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Proven experience as a Captain on motor yachts, ideally within the 26m to 35m range
- Hands-on knowledge of vessel navigation, safety protocols, and maintenance
- Excellent leadership and crew management skills
- Strong communication skills in English, with additional language skills considered advantageous
- Ability to maintain a professional and discreet demeanour at all times
- Engineering knowledge
Package:
- Salary: €7,000 - 7,500 pcm
- Leave: 5 days paid leave per month - (60 days paid per year)
