We are currently seeking a Permanent Chief Engineer to join a 35m+ Charter Motor Yacht.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all engineering operations aboard the yacht, ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team while maintaining high standards in yacht management and maintenance. The Chief Engineer will play a crucial role in providing a seamless experience for guests and maintaining the luxury standards expected aboard a private motor yacht. The candidate will need to be hands on and able to help on deck from time to time.

Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience in a Chief Engineer position on motor yachts of similar size (30m - 40m).
- Strong technical knowledge of yacht systems, machinery, and maintenance.
- Valid STCW and ENG1.
- Y3 or higher.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety.
- A passion for the yachting industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Package:
- Salary: €7,000 - 7,500pcm
