We are currently seeking a Permanent Chief Officer to join a 50m+ Single Season Charter Motor Yacht.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation, day-to-day operations, and maintenance of the vessel, ensuring high standards of safety and service are maintained at all times. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a renowned fleet based in Europe, providing memorable experiences for charter guests while upholding the company's reputation for excellence. You will be heading a a deck team of 3. This is a seasonal position on a newly built motor yacht offering back-to-back charters during the Mediterranean summer.
Candidate requirements:
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- OOW 3000GT or Higher
- Previous experience as a Chief Officer or First Mate on similarly sized motor yachts
- Valid STCW, Yachtmaster, or appropriate offshore certifications
- Strong knowledge of navigation, safety procedures, and vessel maintenance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate crew and liaise with guests
- Flexible attitude with the ability to undertake standby and watchkeeping duties
- A proactive approach to safety and operational management
Package:
- Salary: €7,000 pcm
