We are looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 52m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht with lovely owners who genuinely take care of their crew and an amazing, close-knit team onboard.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative Chief Stewardess who takes real pride in the guest experience. The ideal candidate will enjoy producing beautiful tablescapes, themed decorations and thoughtful finishing touches, consistently going above and beyond for both owners and charter guests.
You will lead an interior team of four, so strong leadership, organisation and communication skills are essential. The yacht offers excellent crew longevity.
The successful candidate will join in St Thomas at the end of November to familiarise themselves with the vessel before crossing to Antigua for the Antigua Charter Show. Potential charters are scheduled throughout December and into January.
Requirements:
- Proven Chief Stewardess experience on similar-sized yachts
- Strong private and charter experience
- Creative flair for tablescapes, decorations and guest experiences
- Confident leading and developing an interior team of four
- Exceptional attention to detail and high service standards
- Warm, positive and willing to go above and beyond
- B1/B2 visa in hand
- All relevant certificates up to date
