We are looking for a highly experienced Chief Stewardess to join a busy 52m Single-Season Private/Charter Motor Yacht based in Italy for the winter.
The successful candidate will be confident delivering exceptional service to high-end owners and charter guests. They will quickly understand each group’s preferences, anticipate their needs and ensure every trip feels personal and well organised.
During the winter, they will lead preparations for the upcoming summer season, manage and train the interior team and coordinate with contractors. Once the season begins, they will keep the department running smoothly through a busy charter schedule and short turnarounds, adapting quickly to each new group of guests' preferences.
This role has a strong administrative element, including managing accounts, budgets, inventories and guest arrangements. The owners have high expectations and need a Chief Stewardess who is attentive, decisive and follows through on every detail.
Requirements:
- Substantial Chief Stewardess experience on busy private/charter yachts
- Excellent service skills with high-end owners and charter guests
- Strong interior team management and training skills
- Experience preparing a yacht for the season and coordinating contractors
- Proven ability to manage charters and short turnarounds
- Strong administrative, accounting and organisational skills
- Confident handling guest preferences, restaurant reservations and other guest requests
- Kosher service experience would be beneficial
Package:
- Salary: €7,000 per month
- Leave: 60 days per year
