We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Chief Stewardess for a 40m+ dual season Charter Motor Yacht. The role involves managing the interior team and ensuring exceptional service standards during a dynamic dual-season charter program across Mediterranean, Caribbean and Bahamas. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the interior crew of two, which includes a Second Stewardess and work closely with the deck/stewardess to deliver memorable experiences for the owners and charter guests. This position requires someone proactive, detail-oriented and capable of coordinating a busy schedule while maintaining high standards of guest service and vessel presentation.

Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts, ideally within a busy charter environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage an interior team of three
- Excellent service etiquette and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-national environment
- Flexibility to adapt to a dual-season schedule across diverse locations
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Food Hygiene lvl2
