We are currently seeking a Permanent Chief Stewardess to join a 40m Private/Charter Motor Yacht.
In this pivotal role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests aboard a luxurious 40m Motor Yacht, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey. The Chief Stew will lead the interior team of 2, oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role demands a passion for hospitality, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
Start Date: ASAP (November 2025)
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess on motor yachts of similar size.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service, beverage management, and bar operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the interior team.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- High standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Valid STCW and ENG1.
- Food Hygiene Lvl 2.
Package:
- Salary: €6,000 - 6,300 pcm
