We are currently seeking a Permanent Chief Stewardess to join a 40m Private Motor Yacht.
The role involves managing and leading the interior team of 3 on a luxurious motor yacht measuring between 40m and 45m. The Chief Stewardess will ensure that the highest standards of service and hospitality are provided to guests, while also overseeing the organization and cleanliness of the yacht's interior. Responsibilities will include managing inventory, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth operation of all interior services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellence in hospitality. The vessel is based in the US year round and is looking for a Chief Stewardess with exceptionally high standards and outstanding service to deliver to our high profile client. This role will allow a 09:00 - 17:00 most days with light owner use.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess on motor yachts of similar size.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of fine dining service, bar operations, and event planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Experience with inventory management and budgeting.
- Valid STCW and ENG1.
- Food Hygiene lvl2.
