We are currently seeking a Permanent Chief Stewardess to join a 45m single-season Light Private / Charter Motor Yacht.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Chief Stewardess to lead the interior on a busy, predominantly charter programme cruising the Mediterranean through to mid-November, before wintering in Italy. This is a key leadership role that manages a team of two other interior crew members, requiring a confident, capable individual who can take full ownership of the interior, maintain exceptional standards across housekeeping, laundry, service and administration, and deliver a high-level guest experience. The successful candidate will be a calm and professional leader with a strong work ethic, able to mentor and develop junior crew while remaining highly organised and detail-focused. A creative approach to the guest experience is essential, elevating trips through themed evenings, table settings, and thoughtful touches that go above and beyond for guests.
Start Date: ASAP (First trip 24th April)
Please note: The crew accommodation is within designated female living quarters, with a shared private shower room and separate toilet for female crew, offering a comfortable and discreet setup. Candidates should be adaptable and team-oriented.
Candidate requirements:
- Valid STCW & ENG1
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- Candidates currently in Europe
- Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts
- Calm, professional, and pragmatic with a stable personality, strong work ethic, and the ability to lead by example
- Flexible, team-oriented attitude with a positive approach
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Additional preferences: Creative with guest experience (themed evenings, beach setups), highly detail-oriented, career-driven and committed
Package:
- Salary: €6,000 pcm
- Leave: 5 days paid leave per month

- Itinerary: Mediterranean (Malta, Naples, South of France, Palermo, Greece, Croatia, Turkey) with winter base in Italy
