We are currently looking for a Deckhand to join a 40m+ Dual Season Charter Motor Yacht.
We are seeking a Permanent Deckhand to join a 40m+ Dual Season Private Charter Motor Yacht. This is a dual season charter vessel that operates in the US and Caribbean for the 2026 season, followed by a dual season program in the Mediterranean and US/Caribbean in 2027. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the vessel’s deck to the highest standards, assisting with tender driving, and supporting all water sports activities, including the operation of the onboard diving school. Given the vessel's specifications and amenities, previous experience in driving large tenders and deck maintenance is essential. The role requires a confident approach on deck, excellent safety awareness, and the ability to work calmly under pressure within a close-knit team. We will require the the deckhand to hold a Yacht Master Offshore and AEC 1 + 2 to meet the vessels manning requirements.

Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Deckhand on similar vessels
- Valid STCW and ENG1 certification
- Yacht Master Offshore
- AEC 1 + 2
- Experience in tender driving, particularly large tenders and chase boats
- Supportive and professional demeanour with excellent teamwork skills
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to protocols
- Good knowledge of deck maintenance and upkeep activities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment
Package:
- Salary: $3,500 pcm
