We are currently seeking a Deckhand to join a 55m Single Season Charter Motor Yacht.
We are seeking a dedicated Permanent Deckhand to join a 55m newly launched Motor Yacht. Based in Europe and primarily situated in Monaco, this role offers you an opportunity to work onboard a vessel that balances professionalism with the excitement of a busy charter schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with deck duties, ensuring safety and providing excellent service during upcoming charters. This position requires someone who is proactive, able to manage projects independently and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. As this is a new build, all crew members will be integral to the vessel’s development and operational success.
Start Date: Mid - May
Candidate requirements:
- Valid STCW and ENG 1
- Minimum Yachtmaster offshore (Commercially Endorsed)
- Experience with jet drives (Williams/Castoldi or similar) and large tenders – familiarity with chase boats is a plus
- At least 6 months on a single vessel, preferably a season rather than multiple shorter contracts
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to ask questions and operate within a team environment
- Male candidates preferred due to cabin arrangements
- Visa requirements for EU cruising as per regulation
- Age range onboard: 22-50 years
