We are currently looking for a Female Deckhand to join a 40m+ Single Dual Season Charter Motor Yacht.
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Permanent Female Deckhand for a 40m+ Dual Season Private Charter Motor Yacht. As the vessel runs a diving school onboard, the ideal candidate could hold a Dive Masters or Dive Instructors but this is not essential for the role. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the vessel’s deck to the highest standards, assisting with tender driving and all the water sports as part of the charter experience. Based in the US currently, the vessel will remains in the region for the 2026 season, then resumes a dual season program in 2027. The role demands a confident approach on deck, excellent safety awareness and the ability to work calmly under pressure within a close-knit team. As the vessel runs with a large chase boat, previous experience driving large tenders is essential, along with good deck maintenance knowledge. Due to cabin arrangements, only female deckhand will be considered for this role. The ideal applicant will be proactive, adaptable and eager to deliver exceptional service while ensuring safety and fun during diving excursions.

Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Deckhand
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Yacht rating certificate (Essential)
- Yacht Master (Bonus)
- Dive Master would be a big plus
- Ability to confidently operate large tenders and handle tender driving duties
- Strong safety awareness and compliance with safety protocols
- Calm and professional demeanour, able to work well under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills within a close-knit crew
- Good knowledge of deck maintenance and upkeep
- Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements
Package:
- Salary: $4,000 pcm
