We are currently seeking a Permanent Chief Officer to join a 55m Charter Motor Yacht.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute towards a newly launched motor yacht. Fully compliant and MLC contract, the vessel requires a Chief Officer that is able to keep the vessel at a high standard, making sure all paperwork is kept up to day, job list are ticked off and the ability to maintain a good crew moral onboard. This will be the first season that the vessel does so the ideal Chief Officer will be assisting the Captain with all deck toys and products for the season.

Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chief Officer or First Mate on similar-sized yachts
- Proficient with safety and navigation procedures aboard motor yachts
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Yacht Master Offshore (Commercially endured) with OOW Modules in hand
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in yacht maintenance and safety equipment management
