We are currently looking for a Rotational Deckhand to join a 50m+ Dual Season Private/Charter Motor Yacht.
Please Note: We will only look at crew member with Videography and Video Editing experience. Having Drone experience is a bonus.
We are currently seeking a Permanent Rotational Deckhand for 50m Motor Yacht, operating across a dual season program. The vessel is currently in the shipyard and preparing for full charter operation in the Caribbean. As a key member of the deck team, your responsibilities will include maintaining the vessel's exterior, assisting with guest activities, and engaging in specialised tasks such as video editing and drone flying to create guest videos. The vessel operates in various regions, including the Caribbean, with plans to visit St Martin, St Lucia, and Mexico during upcoming seasons. The yacht is maintained to a high standard, with a focus on seamless operations and guest satisfaction. The vessel's schedule is predominantly back-to-back, with continuous movement around world locations. This role also offers a 3:1 rotation with paid return flights on every rotation.

Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Deckhand
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Proficiency in video editing and drone operations for guest entertainment
- Strong teamwork ethic with the ability to get along with crew members from diverse backgrounds
- Flexible and adaptable attitude; able to work in a fast-paced, non-stop environment
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and maintenance
- Physically fit with a good understanding of deck operations and maintenance
