We are currently seeking an experienced Seasonal Chief Stewardess to join a busy 55m charter Motor Yacht for the Mediterranean season.
This is a fast-paced charter programme with no owner usage, so we are looking for a strong, hands-on Chief Stewardess who is confident leading a team of 4 and maintaining high standards across all areas of the interior throughout a demanding season.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working onboard busy charter yachts, be highly organised, calm under pressure and confident managing charter turnarounds, guest experience and interior administration. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support the team are essential.

Requirements:
- Previous Chief Stewardess experience onboard charter yachts
- Experience managing an interior team of 4
- strong service, housekeeping and laundry knowledge
- Confident with guest interaction and charter operations
- Organised, hands-on and professional approach
- STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene L2
