We are currently seeking a Seasonal Female Deck/Stewardess to join a 60m+ Charter/Private Motor Sailing yacht.
This role will encompass responsibilities on both the deck and in the interior, ensuring a high standard of service and maintenance aboard the yacht, the role will be more focused on deck than interior. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in deck and stewardess roles, combining excellent customer service with a hands-on approach to yacht upkeep. Based in Europe, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and professional crew within the luxury yachting industry.

Candidate requirements:
- Must be a female candidate (as per client’s request)
- Proven experience as a Deck/Stewardess on sailing yachts
- Strong knowledge and understanding of deck operations
- Excellent interior service skills, including food and beverage service
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Powerboat lvl2
- Yacht rating or yacht master would be a Bonus
