We are currently seeking a Seasonal Deck Stewardess to join a 40m Single Season Private/Charter Motor Yacht.
The successful candidate will join a busy 2026 Mediterranean season, working closely alongside a highly experienced Chief Stewardess within an interior team of two and a Chief Officer deck team of two. This is a hands-on role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of both departments while maintaining high standards throughout a busy Owner and Charter guest periods. Responsibilities will include daily deck and interior duties, assisting with housekeeping, heads and beds during morning and evening service, managing water sports and guest excursions and helping with guest set-up and service. We are looking for a proactive, hardworking Deck/Stew who is confident taking initiative, happy to get stuck in and able to hit the ground running, as the vessel has a full schedule of back-to-back Mediterranean trips already booked for both owner use and charters.
Start date: 1st June - End of September
Candidate requirements:
- Valid ENG1 and STCW
- Hold a PWC and PWB lvl2
- Yacht Master Offshore (Preferred)
- Experience in a Deck/Stew roles on yachts of similar size
- Strong focus on safety, responsibility and a positive attitude
- Comfortable with water toys, deck duties and housekeeping
- Strong tender driving skills
- Good level of fitness proactive approach
- Able to take responsibility, handle multitasking and adapt to changing schedules
- Able to take the small dog for walks and assist with guest and family needs
Package:
- Salary: €3,800 pcm
