We are currently seeking a Seasonal Junior Stewardess to join a 45m Private/Charter Motor Yacht for the Mediterranean season. This is a hands-on position ideal for a Junior Stewardess who has completed at least one full season and is looking further to develop their skills across all areas of the interior. The role offers a strong balance between housekeeping, laundry and service within a supportive team-focused environment. The yacht has a well-structured programme with approximately 12–13 weeks of guest trips confirmed, including 5 charters providing a busy and rewarding season through to mid-November.
Candidate requirements:
• Minimum 1 full season experience as a Stewardess
• Strong foundation in housekeeping and laundry
• Keen to develop confidence and skills within service
• Positive attitude with a proactive and flexible approach
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
Package:
• Salary €2,500 – €3,000 DOE
• Leave 44 days
• Start date Middle of April
• End date: Beginning of November
