We are currently seeking a Seasonal Male Deck/Stewardess to join a 38m Private Motor Yacht.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual with previous deck and stewarding experience, who can assist primarily with deck duties and providing support with housekeeping and light service when required. The position runs from June to August, with a potential extension into September and offers an engaging Mediterranean cruising itinerary, including trips around the Greek islands, Balearics Majorca and Ibiza. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the water toys, helping with cabin cleaning and taking the owners small dog for a walk on a daily bases. We require a responsible, common-sense attitude and a good level of fitness. The yacht accommodates a relaxed Irish owner and a family of five.
The role includes a salary of €3,500 per month, which includes a food allowance when in marina without guests, with provisions for lunch covered by the vessel. When away from Malta, the captain will cover meal expenses. The candidate must possess a jet ski and powerboat licence, have experience on yachts of similar size and be able to handle a fast-paced environment with lots of water toys and activities. The candidate needs to be fit and energetic, able to handle a dynamic schedule involving family trips and social events with guests and children.

Candidate requirements:
- Valid ENG1 and STCW
- Experience in Deck/Stew roles on yachts of similar size
- Hold a PWC and PWB lvl2
- English speaking is a must
- Strong focus on safety, responsibility and a positive attitude
- Comfortable with water toys, deck duties and light housekeeping
- Good level of fitness, young and proactive approach
- Able to take responsibility, handle multitasking and adapt to changing schedules
- Able to take the small dog for walks and assist with guest and family needs
