This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Sole Chef to join a 45m dual-season Private/Charter Motor Yacht, catering for eight crew as well as owners and charter guests. This role suits someone who takes genuine pride in producing exceptional cuisine and enjoys creating memorable dining experiences.
The yacht is currently in the USA and will cruise the Caribbean this coming winter before heading to the Mediterranean for the summer season. The vessel has lovely, appreciative owners and a supportive, close-knit crew who work together to maintain high standards and a positive atmosphere onboard.

The role requires someone who can manage provisioning in both the Caribbean and Mediterranean while working efficiently within the agreed budget.
