We are currently seeking a Temporary Male Crew Chef to join a 50m Private/Charter Motor Yacht.
Please Note: The vessel will be based in Montenegro in the shipyard undergoing pre-sale audits and surveys.
Start Date: ASAP for 4 - 6 weeks
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for 7 - 10 crew, managing kitchen operations, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards in a maritime environment. The ideal Crew Chef will offer healthy and flavoursome meals and manage their own provisioning and budgets for the crew food.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef on luxury yachts or similar maritime environments
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare a variety of cuisines to high standards
- Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards related to food handling at sea
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently during the yard period
- Valid STCW and ENG1.
- Food hygiene lvl2.
