We are currently seeking a Temporary Bosun to join a 60m+ Single Season Charter Motor Sailing Yacht.
The Bosun will be responsible for maintaining vessel operations, supervising the deckhand, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed at all times. This role requires hands-on experience in a similar position, and the ability to engage in both routine maintenance and guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for sailing, contributing to maintaining the high standards expected on board. This position is based in Europe, offering the opportunity to work in some of the most beautiful sailing destinations. The Bosun will be heavily involved in driving the chase boat with guests, so a Bosun with good knowledge of large tenders is vital. The vessel has a 3 week charter coming up in Ibiza and the role, you will be joining the vessel in the 2nd week of the charter. The vessel operates with 10 crew and 4 on deck.

Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bosun on sailing yachts of 40m or larger
- Solid knowledge of sailing, deck operations, and maintenance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Experience in a private/charter environment preferred
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Yacht Master Offshore Sail (Commercially Endorsed)
