We are seeking a Seasonal Chief Stewardess to join a 60m+ Private/Charter Motor Sailing Yacht. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to guests onboard, lead an interior team of 4 and be able to work independently with in their department. This role requires a professional with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality. The Chief Stewardess will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service and managing guest preferences to guarantee an outstanding onboard experience. As a vital part of the crew, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, an adaptable attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
The vessel will be heading to both the Cannes and Monaco Boat Shows and potentially have a boss trip during the time onboard

Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess on a sailing yacht of similar size (45m - 60m)
- Strong knowledge of interior management and guest services
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting
- Strong knowledge and experience in food and beverage service
- Valid STCW and ENG1 certifications
- Food Hygiene Lvl 2
